Lincoln Elementary Addition Two pre-school classrooms addition to the existing Lincoln Elementary School. The project was completely funded with maintenance funds by Natrona County District. Pope Construction led the design-build project and teamed with Stateline for the design. This team kept the design and construction under the $600,000 that the district had available for this project. The project was completed over the summer with minimal disturbance to the existing school functions.
